Using Kawka

• Kawka is a guide to cafés. Opening hours and details can change; check before you go.
• You need an account to post reviews, photos or spots, and you must be 13 or older.

Your posts

• You keep ownership of what you post and let us show it in Kawka.
• Only post photos you took or have permission to share.
• Posts must follow the Community rules below. We may remove posts or suspend accounts that don’t — there is zero tolerance for abusive content.

Reports

• Anyone can report a review, photo or spot. Our team reviews reports and acts on them, usually within 24 hours.

Community rules

• Be real. Review places you actually visited. No fake reviews, no reviewing your own café.
• Be kind. No insults, harassment, hate or threats — about staff, owners or other people.
• Your own photos only. Nothing explicit or violent, and don’t make strangers the subject of your photo.
• No ads or spam. No promo codes, links or repeated posts.
• Keep it about coffee and places. No personal information about anyone.
